FAQ’s

We accept cash, online bank transfer or cheque. We don’t have access to a card reader.

We know that when you're in pain you need to see someone as soon as possible and we will make sure all our patients receive a prompt appointment, including evening sessions for those who can’t attend during worktime.

We are registered and approved by most major insurance groups, so are happy to discuss private healthcare payments whilst booking or during your first consultation.

We currently have two treatment rooms that are both upstairs. However, if you are unable to climb stairs, please let us know in advance and we will ensure that an alternative downstairs room is made available.

Please note our bathroom facilities are also upstairs.
